Program
On August 1, 2012 the Department of Energy held a ceremony to honor the 13 PECASE winners associated with the agency.
Office of Science Director Bill Brinkman welcomed and congratulated the awardees, and Deputy Secretary Poneman gave a keynote address. Awardees were presented with a plaque commemorating the work for which they received their awards from their sponsoring offices (the Office of Science, the National Nuclear Security Administration, the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability, the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, the Office of Fossil Energy and the Office of Nuclear Energy).
