Thank you to all who participated in preparing applications for or assisted in reviewing applications under DE-FOA-0001087. Twenty-five letters of intent and twenty-five full applications for Implementation Grants were received. Three, 3-year awards were made. First year support for these awards used fiscal year 2014 funding of $4,823k in EPSCoR funds and $514k in partnering program funds. The awards are:
