With a commitment to securing and training a top quality, productive workforce, the Office of Human Resources and Administration (OHRA) provides the Office of Science Headquarters organizations with a full range of workforce planning and human capital life cycle services including organizational analysis, position management and classification; recruitment, staffing, benefits services and workers’ compensation; performance management and awards; and training and development. The Office also provides a broad range of administrative services including strategic space planning and management; temporary service contracts; correspondence control and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) support. OHRA strives to provide excellent customer service while maintaining the integrity of federal human resources (HR) and administrative laws, regulations, and policies.
