Cyndi Mays is a senior level federal manager with experience managing organizations, projects and people. She has a proven track record in Human Resources Operations, Human Capital Strategy along with Human Resource Transformation projects. Her expertise includes recruitment, staffing, classification, human resources information technology and workforce planning. She also has additional experience in contracting and acquisition, Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning and internal controls over financial reporting. She possesses a BA in English and an MA in International Relations.
