Team Registration and Approval Guidelines: The competition is limited to 24 teams. Teams will be accepted in order of their registration dates, with first teams preferred over second teams, and second teams preferred over third teams. First teams will be accepted and notified beginning December 14, 2012. Space permitting, second teams will be accepted and notified beginning January 4, 2013, and third teams will be accepted and notified beginning January 18, 2013.
