Team Registration and Approval Guidelines: The competition is limited to 24 teams. The Registration Period is from is October 1 to December 3, 2012. Schools may register up to 3 teams. The first team from each school will be listed as “Priority 1”; the second team from each school will be listed as “Priority 2”; the third team from each school will be listed as “Priority 3”. Selection criteria is based on Priority level and date/time of registration (the early bird does get the worm; highest ranking in each priority level is based on earliest registration date/time). After registration closes, the team priority levels and date/time of registration will be listed and teams selected to participate in the event will be notified on December 7, 2012. The “Priority 1” registrations will be accepted up to 24 teams, ordered by date/time of registration. Space permitting, “Priority 2” registrations will be accepted to reach an event total of 24 teams, ordered by date/time of registration. Space permitting, “Priority 3” registrations will be accepted to reach an event total of 24 teams, ordered by date/time of registration. If a team withdraws, the next eligible team on the list will be notified and invited to participate.
PLEASE CONTACT EVENT COORDINATORS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE WITHDRAWING A TEAM FROM REGISTRATION OR FROM THE EVENT so we can invite the next eligible team.
