Regional Geographic Area: The following counties in New York: Niagara, Erie, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Wyoming, Genesee, Orleans, Monroe, Livingston and the following counties in Pennsylvania: Erie, Warren, McKean, Potter
Team Registration and Approval Guidelines: The competition is limited to 16 teams. Up to 3 teams per school may register. Teams will be accepted in order of their registration dates, with first teams preferred over second teams, and second teams preferred over third teams. Teams must register by January 31, 2013.
